About The Role
As a Senior Solution Sales Specialist, you are a trusted technology advisor and customer advocate who thrives on developing comprehensive, tailored technology solutions for our customers. You understand Amplitel customer needs intimately, applying your deep knowledge of our products and services and key relationships (e.g. Account Team) to influence their technology strategy.
Your ability to articulate how technology can transform businesses, and your entrepreneurial spirit is what makes you exceptional at your job, you’re focused on developing end-to-end technology solutions. You communicate with influence, thrive off collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, and apply your commercial acumen to be successful in this role.
As a Senior Solutions Sales Specialist, you will:
- Make a strong contribution to sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline of incremental opportunities in relation to Tower Infrastructure, targeting larger infrastructure projects requiring private networks, particularly in mining, rail and government, in partnership with technology providers.
- Understanding your clients long-term commercial and technical strategy, identifying their requirements and providing a consultative approach when providing the right solution.
- Assessing potential industry partners, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships, analysing and developing business cases for new business prospects.
- Authentically engage with and effectively influence a diverse, multi-stakeholder client (including C-Suite) and internal landscape (Account Managers, Customer Fulfilment Team, Pricing Specialists, client team members) to establish and negotiate a balanced technical solution that meets commercial and customer requirements.
- Must have strong existing relationships with senior stakeholders in technology/network providers and those responsible for networks in government, mining, oil & gas and rail organisations.
About You
Essential Experience:
- Must have senior level engagement in the Mining, Oil and Gas sector
- Experience in C level presentations to federal and state ministers
- Market awareness of strategic developments in the Mining, Oil and Gas sector, and rail sectors
- Commercial acumen
- Strong senior stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
