Accountabilities
· Demonstrates Knowledge of payroll & tax laws and practices
· Interprets policy and documents payroll process
· Manages payroll cycles and all associated process and audits
· Provides payroll consultation
· Interfaces with payroll vendor and monitors/manages vendors delivery on service level agreements
· Defines and maintains standard operating procedures for all payroll processes
· Resolves complex employee inquiries regarding pay, tax, and associated payroll processes
Qualifications
· Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
· 2+ year’s experience in related field, preferred
· FPC Certification, preferred
· Experience with large employer/multi-state payroll tax knowledge, tax filings, forms and process required
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
· High level of customer service, good communication/phone skills
· Knowledge of Workday, ADP, OSV preferred
