At AKQA, our Strategy discipline shapes the thinking that drives bold creativity, cultural relevance, and meaningful brand impact. As a Senior Strategist, you’ll help define the strategic foundations behind courageous ideas, clarifying what brands stand for, where they should play, and how creativity can move people and businesses forward. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with creatives, experience designers, client partners, and production teams to shape work that is strategically sharp and creatively inspiring. You’ll lead research and insight development, define brand platforms and creative territories, write compelling briefs, and guide ideas from strategy through to execution. At AKQA, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team united by curiosity, craft, and purpose, working in an inclusive, forward-thinking environment. Our hybrid in-studio/WFH model supports collaboration, flexibility, and balance, while enabling our teams to do the best work of their careers.
