About the team
The Enterprise Strategy and Change Department coordinates the design and delivery of an enterprise strategic planning framework together with governance of the enterprise project portfolio, delivery of IT-enabled change projects, and the provision of an enterprise continuous improvement capability. Collectively these activities support the planning, prioritisation and delivery of change activity from across the RBA to achieve our Corporate Plan.
We are seeking 'switched on' individuals who are passionate about driving strategic change and solving complex problems. As part of a team with an enterprise remit, you'll help develop and execute the Bank's strategy and make impactful business improvements. These roles will report to the Manager, Strategic Planning or Manager, Continuous Improvement and partner widely across the organisation.
About the role
Support and enhance the strategic planning and continuous improvement approaches at the enterprise and / or Department level
Research and analyse a variety of data to generate insights and test hypotheses which contribute to the organisation’s strategic direction and operating effectiveness
Help to shape and deliver strategic solutions to complex organisational problems
Support stakeholders to adopt changes, build capability and participate meaningfully in processes
Contribute to reports to the Bank’s executives, Committees and Boards
Partner extensively across the organisation to ensure a common direction and desired outcomes are achieved
About you
Critical thinker and creative problem solver
Able to draw insights from a broad range of data and information
Contributes to innovative solutions to complex problems
Communicates complex ideas concisely (verbal and written)
Has experience in supporting executive-level initiatives and engagements (workshops, offsites)
Comfortable with delivering outcomes in an ambiguous environment
Excellent stakeholder management and partnership skills
Strong experience, preferably in management consulting, corporate in-house strategy or continuous improvement
