The Senior Systems & Process Improvement Manager will implement technology and process improvements, manage the Salesforce system, document requirements, and mentor staff.

The Senior Systems & Process Improvement Manager will have significant involvement and responsibility for driving change across the Class business through the implementation of improved technology and business processes solutions.
Salesforce plays a central part in our business operations, with this position owning our Salesforce instance, working with internal stakeholders to define requirements and continually adapt and improve this system as our business changes.
A critical part of this role is understanding the overall business operational system environment and how systems and processes integrate. You will be responsible for assisting in defining requirements and solutions to support new products, billing methods and acquisitions in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Class Salesforce instance working with internal stakeholders to understand and document requirements, manage the development and testing of changes, and roll out changes to internal stakeholders
- Provide business process mapping expertise, analysis and support
- Pro-actively build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach
- Develop and manage a backlog of Salesforce improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage a portfolio of improvement opportunities including quick wins and medium-term projects
- Provide mentoring and coaching to two (2) direct reports
- Actively participate in project teams to assist with process, system and tools selection, document requirements and test changes to systems and processes.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in business analysis, process improvement, or related appropriate discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in a business analysis and/or process improvement related role
- Experience working with internal operational processes and systems
- Highly developed analytical and evaluation skills
- Highly effective business partnering and customer servicing skills
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
- Strong knowledge of process mapping techniques and procedure documentation
- Experience analysing complex data and data sets
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
