We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to support our corporate functions and shape how we attract the best talent into Stryker.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll partner with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Data & Analytics, IT, Regulatory Affairs, the PMO and more.

You’ll be responsible for setting, communicating and executing the talent acquisition strategy for these functions—aligning with business needs and keeping hiring focused on what matters most.

You won’t just fill jobs—you’ll lead conversations, influence decisions and build strategies that drive outcomes.

We’re open to people with experience in internal or agency recruitment. To thrive in this role, you must:

  • Thrive on finding top-tier talent—not just ticking boxes

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with hiring leaders and confidently lead conversations, even with senior stakeholders

  • Keep hiring focused on what matters most—by probing for clarity, setting expectations and guiding priorities

  • Bring data, insights and fresh thinking into every conversation—you stay curious, not reactive

  • Think strategically to avoid getting stuck in high-volume screening

  • Be collaborative and committed to lifting the bar across the team—you share, support and bring others with you

We’re a growth organisation, so there’s never a lull—you’ll be managing a high volume of roles at any given time, but never at the expense of quality.

You’ll also contribute to projects across Australia, the region and globally—helping improve how we hire and how we find and engage great people.

And you won’t be doing it alone—our coordination team supports you by booking interviews and managing admin tasks like purchase orders, so you can stay focused on what matters: finding the best talent and consulting with stakeholders.

You’ll join a high-trust, high-performing team that’s open to feedback, tries new things and works as one. We value growth, honesty and great conversations.

Our TA team sits within Stryker’s Centre of Excellence, offering global visibility and real career pathways. Past team members have stepped into roles in Marketing, Project Management, Business Facing HR, Sales and more.

What to know before applying

We have a thorough interview process and we’re looking for people who are genuinely excited about what we do. Before applying, we recommend doing your research into Stryker.
