The Opportunity


You are the face of Macquarie Technology Group for potential candidates and new employees. Your passionate and committed nature will have you engage proactively with potential candidates, scour the market for great talent and set the scene for what an amazing place to work is at Macquarie Technology Group. 


You are responsible for delivering end to end recruitment services. Roles includes Operations, Sales, Technical and Customer service at all levels. The role will support hiring activities for a core Business Unit but also other Business Units within the organisation during times of heavy workload.


The Talent Acquisition Partner participates in projects which enhance the EVP and External Brand and builds & promotes a Talent Pipeline. 

Your skills and experience

  • Strong behavioural interviewing and role analysis skills
  • Comfortable influencing and providing guidance to internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Experience in Telecom/ Technology organizations and or roles highly regarded
  • Ability to assess cultural fit during the hiring process
  • Ability to source high quality passive candidate proactively
  • Familiar with recruitment CRM technology
  • Comfortable with regular reporting and able to uphold established process.
  • Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills business partnering capability: well-developed relationship management and internal consultancy skills with a natural ability to partner with managers and HR colleagues
  • Adaptable in fast paced, high performing environment
  • Stays in touch with current industry best-practice and innovative recruitment and sourcing techniques, incorporates this knowledge into the function
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
