The Opportunity
You are the face of Macquarie Technology Group for potential candidates and new employees. Your passionate for delivering outstanding candidate experience, scour the market for great talent and set the scene for what an amazing place to work is at Macquarie Technology Group.
You will be the recruitment SME and brand ambassador delivering end-to-end recruitment services. Roles includes Operations, Sales, Technical and Customer service at all levels. The role will support hiring activities for a core Business Unit but also other Business Units within the organisation during times of heavy workload.
The Talent Acquisition Partner participates in projects which enhance the EVP and External Brand and builds & promotes a Talent Pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for a self-driven and experienced technology or telecommunications recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience while leading internal recruitment projects.
You will be working 3 days at the office and 2 days from home.

Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment for technology or telecommunication roles.
- Experience recruiting for Telecom or Technology organizations is required.
- Strong behavioural interviewing and role analysis skills.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and providing guidance to internal stakeholders across all levels from hiring managers to Executives.
- Ability to assess cultural fit during the hiring process.
- Ability to headhunt high quality passive candidates proactively.
- Advanced level experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience providing regular recruitment reporting.
- Strong experience building strong relationships and partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Demonstrated consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Adaptable in fast-paced and high-performing environment.
- Stays in touch with current industry best practices, innovative sourcing techniques, and incorporates this knowledge into the function.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
