Top Talent is our #1 operating priority at Coinbase, and the Talent Density team is responsible for the programs and practices that ensure top talent is top of mind for every employee, manager, and leader. We do this through our Learning and Development offerings, accelerating the growth of critical employee cohorts, developing tailored performance management approaches, and more. The Talent Density Specialist is responsible for a portfolio of programs that support this work, including new programs, ongoing processes, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

Support a portfolio of program work across the Talent Density org, including…

  • Overall seamless program execution in partnership with our XFN People Team
  • Creating and maintaining structure and momentum around open-ended goals
  • Organizing program-related offerings, ensuring smooth enablement and engagement
  • Cultivating stakeholder relationships inside and beyond the People Team, setting and managing expectations
  • Serving as main point of contact for relevant programs, providing information and support
  • Gather program data and qualitative feedback to identify insights and inform future enhancements

  • Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and programs without dropping the details
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Proven clear comms and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical approach to improving programs and decision making
  • Nimbleness and adaptability to changing direction

Nice to haves:

  • Experience running employee-facing programs
  • Experience partnering with leaders
  • Located within commute distance to San Francisco or New York

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$130,900$154,000 USD
