Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and diligent Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a strategic, high-visibility initiative focused on enhancing compliance and improving operational resilience across critical network services. This role is central to defining the data blueprint for mission-critical systems and ensuring they meet rigorous regulatory and functional standards.
You will function as the key translator, expertly bridging complex business mandates with robust technical solutions. Your primary responsibility involves diving deep to analyze, map, define, and meticulously document every crucial data field, data flow, and technical integration point. You will partner closely with stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that all system interactions are built upon clear, accurate, and compliant data specifications. If you possess a depth of technical expertise and are ready for a challenging project with significant strategic impact, this is an excellent opportunity.
QualificationsExtensive background as a Technical Business Analyst, having mastered the domain within a telecom or related critical network service provider environment.
You possess expert-level knowledge of OSS/BSS systems, their data models, and complex end-to-end operational workflows.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis is essential, with proven capability in interrogating and managing large, complex datasets.
You are highly skilled in technical documentation, consistently delivering precise artefacts: data dictionaries, field specifications, detailed DFDs, and robust API documentation.
Deep familiarity with modern integration patterns, ETL processes, and stringent data governance principles applicable in a regulated environment.
An exceptional communicator, adept at confidently leading discussions with senior stakeholders and providing clear technical guidance to developers.
Experienced and comfortable operating in structured Agile/Scrum environments, leveraging tools like JIRA and Confluence for requirement management.
