Senior Technical Consultant

The Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant at Antares, you will use your design and development skills to assist in the implementation of Application Development projects across multiple clients, and you will also have the opportunity to work on upcoming AIprojects as well.

This role will be a contract role, but we are open to Full-Time as well, should we find the right candidate.

The right candidate will be someone who wants to learn and grow with us. You don’t need to be the most technically brilliant person in the room, but you do need to be self-driven, passionate and motivated by technology.

Technically, you will need to have experience developing .NET Apps on Microsoft Azure, as well as experience with React and/or Angular, and exposure to PowerApps.

PowerApps are a large part of our offering at Antares Solutions and we understand that it’s a very different platform to raw code. Your intuition and experience with how apps work in general will ensure success in this role.

About you

• It is essential that you are Microsoft Aligned, with several years’ experience developing .Net Apps on Microsoft Azure and a passion for helping clients realise their full potential within the Microsoft Cloud space
• You will have an interest in building intelligent Apps, working on AI Apps, and leveraging AI and other modern technologies
• Core to this role are your soft skills. You’ll be a people-person with exceptional communication skills, strong problem solving skills, a creative approach and a desire to excel in a consulting environment
• Several years’ experience with React and/or Angular
• Exposure to PowerApps – You don’t need years of experience under your belt, but you do need to be eager to immerse yourself in the platform and do it properly. This is an incredible chance for the right person to gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies
• Ideally you will come with 2+ years’ consulting experience, but this is not essential to the role. Experience in a similar fast-paced consultancy would be great, but you may come from an internal role with proven ability to lead the client through the custom solution journey
• A huge desire to learn and grow. You will understand that technology is always shifting and you will be willing to shift with it rather than remaining comfortable
• Experience running workshops, presentations, and professional demonstrations for a range of different audiences is desirable
