Job Description

As a Senior Technical Process Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of business architecture, data science, and operational strategy. This is not a traditional "business-only" consulting position; you will be tasked with deconstructing complex technical ecosystems—specifically to identify architectural bottlenecks and data silos. By integrating Lean Six Sigma methodologies with modern SDLC practices, you will design future-state workflows that are natively optimised for high-velocity software delivery and AI integration. Your mission is to ensure that process improvements are not just theoretical, but are hard-wired into the client’s technical infrastructure.

In this high-impact, client-facing capacity, you will lead the transformation of core architectural flows, moving clients away from legacy "spaghetti" processes towards streamlined, event-driven environments. You will leverage Process Mining tools to extract and analyse system logs, providing a data-driven blueprint for automation and RPA deployment. Whether you are optimising OSS/BSS integration points or streamlining RAN deployment cycles, your goal is to build scalable, resilient processes that reduce technical debt and maximise the ROI of the client's technology stack. You will act as the primary bridge between C-suite strategic vision and the technical execution of Agile engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Lean SDLC Optimisation: Expert-level ability to apply Lean principles to the Software Development Life Cycle, identifying and removing waste in development, testing, and deployment workflows to accelerate speed-to-market.

  • Data-Driven Process Discovery: Hands-on proficiency in Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio) to extract and analyse system event logs, replacing subjective workshops with objective, data-backed architectural insights.

  • Technical Flow Re-engineering: Experience in redesigning end-to-end technical flows, specifically addressing bottlenecks within complex Telecommunications environments such as OSS, Core Network, and RAN.

  • Agile & DevSecOps Maturity: Proven track record of embedding process improvements within Agile/Scrum frameworks and aligning re-engineered flows with automated CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

  • Automation & AI Readiness: Ability to architect "automation-first" processes, ensuring data structures and system interfaces (APIs) are primed for RPA, orchestration, and future AI/ML integration.

  • Data Governance & Integrity: Skills in managing data lineage and governance to ensure that the information driving process mining and business intelligence is accurate, secure, and compliant.

  • Lean Six Sigma Mastery: Practical application of DMAIC methodologies (Black Belt level) to solve complex technical problems, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and granular system performance.
