As a Senior Technical Project Specialist, you’ll be pivotal in driving high-impact integration projects; delivering every milestone with precision and purpose. Your depth of expertise in ICT infrastructure and Telstra solutions empowers you not only to overcome technical complexities, but to transform challenges into real business outcomes 

You’ll have the chance to further hone your existing skills across project planning, stakeholder engagement, and emerging technologies, all while mentoring others and continuously expanding your own toolkit in a dynamic, supportive environment.

  • Lead technical delivery for ICT infrastructure, networks, and Telstra products. 

  • Own project timelines, resources, and outcomes—proactively resolving issues and managing risks. 

  • Engage with partners and teams, translating complex requirements into clear actions. 

  • Apply your contact centre experience to drive integration solutions that matter. 

  • Spot opportunities for innovation and improvement—help us raise the bar. 

About you 

  • Proven technical project management in large-scale projects 

  • Background in contact centre environments or a solid understanding of contact centres 

  • Agile & Waterfall delivery expertise 

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Visio
