The Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional software engineering and product talent across various disciplines (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps, Mobile, Machine Learning) for our cutting-edge SaaS Banking Platform product. You will leverage your extensive network and expertise to build robust talent pipelines and drive successful hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing for highly sought-after software engineering roles across multiple locations within the APAC region (e.g., Australia, Singapore, India, etc.).
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry-specific forums, conferences, and direct outreach.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted advisor, offering timely feedback, and clearly communicating the company's value proposition and career opportunities.
  • Possess a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and emerging technologies to effectively screen candidates and engage with hiring managers.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring needs.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand within the APAC technology community.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 7+ years of dedicated technical recruitment experience, with a significant focus on software engineering roles within the APAC region.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for SaaS companies or high-growth technology organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical requirements, conduct insightful technical screenings, and effectively communicate with software engineers at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software engineering talent landscape, compensation trends, and cultural nuances across key APAC markets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Highly analytical, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to recruitment challenges. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and data.
