Responsibilities
- Provide coaching as needed to Territory Managers
- Proactively drive sales and develop initiatives
- Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed
- Act as a key contributor in sales meetings
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with a Senior TM
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory as well as providing input to the overall performance of the state.
- Actively implements and executes on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
- Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
- Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
- Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory
- Manage your consignment stock
- Maintain accurate customer profiles.
- Maintain up to date product knowledge and actively participate in education programs.
- Assist with product marketing and launches.
- Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
- Attend to/comply with customer service and other administrative requirements within the required timeframe.
- This role may require 24 hour on-call responsibilities to fulfil your duties.
- Attend company sales meetings as required
- Some rural, interstate and possibly international travel may be required to fulfil your duties
- Have a sound understanding of, and comply with, the industry (MTAA) the Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements
- Handle and document customer complaints according to ANZ Field Event Reporting Standard Operating Procedure.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the requirements of the Quality Management System
- Attend company sales meetings as required

Minimum Experience/Training Required
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts
