- Collaborate throughout the entire software engineering lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.
- Mentor engineers and team members to enhance their skills, thereby boosting the overall capability of scrum teams and the organization.
- Ensure thorough documentation and effective communication of knowledge, systems, and processes.
- Champion the adoption of Agile/Scrum practices, methodologies, and mindsets.
What we’re looking for…
- 5+ years’ experience in designing, developing, and delivering responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in any UI framework ( Polymer or equivalent) GIT, change management, and SQL.
- Proficient in unit and functional testing of HTML/JavaScript.
- Experienced in backend development ( Java preferable or equivalent ) with microservices architecture.
- Solid Software Engineering fundamentals including, Systems design, algorithmic programming and DB orchestration.
- Bachelors or master’s in computer science.
