Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and user needs
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders in an agile environment
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while staying current on design trends and best practices
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and functional
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
- Extensive experience with Figma, proficient in all its features and functionality
- Strong AI adaptation capability
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work in an agile environment, iterating designs based on feedback and new insights
- Strong communication skills with a negotiation level of English (both written and verbal)
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time efficiently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to details and a sophisticated aesthetic sense
- Willingness to work within U.S. time zones as required
