Meet the Global Marketing Team
With the rise of AI and changes in consumer's software needs, this new and growing team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team collaborates closely with global marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this is the team that sets the global standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone of global campaigns and messaging that each region can leverage
What you'll do
As the first Senior Web Developer in this growing team, you'll partner closely with the Marketing Automations team and Regional Web Developers to maintain existing and build new features across multiple websites. You'll bring your keen eye for detail and passion for providing a good user experience to drive innovation and shape the future of LEAP's global marketing efforts. The success of this standalone role relies upon communicating effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
To make this happen, you will:
- Be passionate about web standards with a customer-first focus
- Assist with the maintenance of existing websites.
- Improve existing website design and functionality using reporting, analysis, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with the team to build new websites that match design intent.
- Brainstorm new and improved ways of doing things.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation
What you'll bring
You'll need at least 4 years of commercial experience in web development or UI Engineering, along with technical experience in:
- Vue.js/Nuxt.js
- Nuxt.js
- Solid HTML5/CSS/JS coding skills
- Foundational SEO knowledge
- Experience with Storyblok and an understanding of Netlify would be beneficial
- Proven record in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
