We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst/Configurer, to support our People Systems team. This role focuses on delivering quality technology solutions, providing robust support, and driving continuous improvements. You will have the chance to work on some of the latest technologies in a flexible working environment located in Sydney CBD.

 

About the role

  • Support key HCM systems within the portfolio

  • Analyse, recommend, design, implement, and manage changes and updates to the software, including major upgrades and configurations.

  • Create quality documentation and lead workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system improvements.

  • Ensure alignment with the Bank's enterprise architecture, security, risk, and IT standards and policies.

  • Collaborate within a high-performing and highly collaborative team to support the People systems’ portfolio.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Workday core HCM. Additional experience highly desirable within Compensation and Benefits, Recruiting and Onboarding, Learning, Absence and time tracking, and Reporting.

  • Strong analytical skills to recommend and implement software changes.

  • Proven experience in creating quality documentation and leading workshops.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.

  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT operations support frameworks.

  • Preferably hold Workday module certifications.
