We’re looking for an experienced Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to join our People Experience team. In this pivotal role, you’ll uplift our reporting capability by designing and delivering Workday reports, dashboards, and complex calculated fields for use in data driven decision making across the organisation.

About the role
Deliver high‑quality Workday reporting solutions including advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Embed scalable, automated and user‑friendly reporting to uplift People insights maturity
Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into fit‑for‑purpose Workday solutions
Contribute to our people data governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Support the adoption of self‑service capabilities that empower leaders and employees with better insights
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in Workday HCM Reporting, including:
Skilled in the creation and optimisation advanced Workday HCM reports
Experienced In the design and enhancement of Workday HCM dashboards
Demonstrated expertise in building and troubleshooting complex calculated fields
You’ll also bring:
Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into functioning solutions
Analytical and critical thinking skills with an attention to detail
Understanding of broader Workday HCM processes and people data governance
A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
