Job Overview: As a Site Activation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clinical trials. Under moderate supervision, you will execute feasibility, site identification, regulatory, start-up, and maintenance activities at the regional or country level. Your work will ensure that our projects run smoothly and efficiently, paving the way for innovative treatments and therapies. This is an 18 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for investigative sites, performing feasibility, site activation, and maintenance activities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
  • Document Mastery: Prepare and manage site documents, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and ready for action. Your attention to detail will keep our projects on track.
  • Team Collaboration: Keep your team informed of the completion of regulatory, contractual, and other essential documents. Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members, ensuring everyone is in the loop.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with precise and complete project-specific information.
  • Progress Tracking: Review, track, and follow up on the progress, approval, and execution of required documents such as questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory, ethics, Informed Consent Form (ICF), and Investigator Pack (IP) release documents.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of clinical research within Site Activation or other relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Additionally, 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge within a specific discipline, gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
