The Project & Opportunity:
HumeLink East involves the expansion of the existing Bannaby 500 kV substation, along with the design and construction of 230km of new 500 kV double circuit transmission line. This new transmission line will connect the Bannaby 500 kV substation at the Wondalga interface point with HumeLink West.

For this project, we are looking for a Site Administrator to organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety within the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, monitor progress of correspondence, mail distribution, photocopying, binding, raising purchase orders, creation of documents and filing where required

  • Organise team building events as required

  • Coordinate priorities and monitor progression of correspondence, files and enquiries received

  • Maintain an effective, efficient and clean office and communal areas; ordering stationary and kitchen supplies when necessary

  • Maintain confidential requirements/records

  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient service and deliveries

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to cope with competing demands and a fast-paced environment. A proactive and flexible approach and able to be relied upon

  • Able to draft written correspondence and communications to management teams

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management and internal staff
