Job Description
The Project & Opportunity:
For one of our Sydney based projects, we are looking for a Site Engineer to assist in the achievement of the required objectives of the the project
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor key construction requirements and implement prompt corrective action if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications
Manage subcontractors and suppliers work
Manage the verification of conformance for works under control
Maintain all relevant project document control and records
Manage temporary works design and ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained
Ensure all works are controlled through approved inspection and test plans.
Ensure all subcontractors have been advised of the relevant Quality Control requirements and applicable standards
Required Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree or Tertiary Qualification in Engineering or similar (Essential)
General Construction Induction (White Card) (Essential)
Member of Institution of Engineers Australia (IEAust) or Institution of Professional Engineers New Zealand (IPENZ) (Desirable)
18+ months experience in Graduate / Site Engineer role (Essential)
Experience working in the construction industry (Desirable)
The salary for this position is $90,000-$100,000.
