About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Ready to Spark Change in the World of Marketing?
Salesforce Marketing Cloud is the world’s leading digital marketing platform — used by the most loved global brands to deliver smarter, more personalised customer experiences at scale. Whether it’s launching automated journeys, leveraging real-time data, or driving ROI through AI-powered insights, we help marketers turn moments into lifelong relationships.
Our platform is trusted by the best because it is the best — and as an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of that transformation.
This is more than just a sales role — it’s your opportunity to shape how modern marketing works.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, supportive team that believes in lifting each other up, celebrating wins, and promoting from within. We invest deeply in your success with best-in-class training, coaching, and tools to help you grow a long-term career — not just hit your targets.
If you’re someone who thrives on building genuine connections, loves staying close to the creativity of the marketing world, and is energised by the idea of helping businesses grow — this role could be your next big move.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Growth Business team. You don’t need to have sold to marketers before — what matters most is your ability to spot opportunities, build trust, and confidently guide customers toward solutions that help them grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close

  • Partnering closely with marketers to understand their needs and show how our platform helps them connect, convert, and grow

  • Owning and nurturing key relationships — internally and externally

  • Collaborating with a brilliant, diverse team across sales, engineering, and customer success

  • Contributing your voice — we want your ideas, not just your pipeline

  • Forecasting and reporting with transparency and precision

Who We’re Looking For

We’re open to different backgrounds — if you’ve worked in sales, consulting, marketing, or a customer-focused role and are passionate about driving impact through technology, we’d love to talk.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have a track record of hitting or exceeding targets

  • Are curious and eager to understand your customers’ world

  • Want to stay close to the creative, fast-evolving world of marketing

  • Believe great teams are built on trust, feedback, and collaboration

  • Are looking for a company that supports your growth — inside and outside of work

Posting Statement

Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a policy of non-discrimination with all employees and applicants for employment. What does that mean exactly? It means that at Salesforce, we believe in equality for all. And we believe we can lead the path to equality in part by creating a workplace that’s inclusive, and free from discrimination. Know your rights: workplace discrimination is illegal. Any employee or potential employee will be assessed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications – without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political viewpoint, or other classifications protected by law. This policy applies to current and prospective employees, no matter where they are in their Salesforce employment journey. It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between. Recruiting, hiring, and promotion decisions at Salesforce are fair and based on merit. The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education.
