We are seeking a creatively driven Social Lead with a love for content creation and social insights to join our team in a freelance capacity with opportunity for full-time employment in the future. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the social output of some of our biggest clients, managing their social creative identity, producing social-first content and providing social creative leadership within the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Social Content Development – Capability capturing, designing & concepting social-first content is needed. There will be creative support around you but you are have the creative vision and social know-how.
- Client Engagement – Responding to client briefs with social-first concepts, showcasing creativity, strategic nous and being able to apply the sell to get client buy-in.
- Social Expertise - Bringing your social expertise & insight into your direct work but also through the wider agency to consult on briefs and help elevate the role of social within ideas.
- Channel Management - Be the channel custodians for our clients, knowing how the community engages, what sparks them, how to utilise social listening & management platforms to drive better performance.
About you:
- 5-7 years experience in social within an agency or brand environment
- Experience creating static, video and written content
- Knowledge of social management & listening tools
- Confident working directly with clients & developing creative brief responses
- Experience working in Alcohol and/or QSR highly-regarded
- The passion for being part of a team
- An open attitude and excited by change... you are a problem solver
- Excitement to learn and be exposed to different capabilities and experiences within the agency
