About the role

Help launch a secret project + grow our new products

We’re working on something big behind the scenes, and we need a social media native who lives and breathes online culture. This 9-month contract is your chance to jump into a secret project and help build hype around new products like our Buyers Agents offering.

You'll work across both Aussie and Lendi, helping us show up smarter and louder across social.  Two days in our Sydney office, three days remote.

If you’re early in your marketing career, hungry to learn, and keen to work with people who actually know their craft, you’ll thrive here.

Job Description

  • Run day-to-day posting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and anything else that makes sense.
  • Help shape content for the secret project. Think fast turnaround ideas, social-first storytelling, and staying ahead of trends.
  • Work with creative teams to brief assets, give feedback, and keep everything moving.
  • Know your way around filters, capcut or similar, sharp edits, fast turnarounds and practicing progress not perfection.
  • Watch social performance like a hawk. If something spikes or tanks, you call it out.
  • Help pull reports on what’s working and what’s not.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in social or marketing. Agency, in-house or influencer. Doesn’t matter, as long as you’ve done the work.
  • You understand social culture, not just posts.
  • AI isn’t a buzzword, it’s your go to search, therapist and assistant already.
  • Strong organisation. You keep chaos under control and deadlines in line.
  • You’re curious and ask questions instead of nodding along.
  • You communicate clearly with creatives, marketers, and anyone else in the mix.
  • A get-it-done mindset. You don’t wait to be told twice.
  • You’re not camera shy – you’re happy in front of it or behind it.
  • Help launch a secret project + grow our new products
