About the role

Help launch a secret project + grow our new products
Weʼre working on something big behind the scenes, and we need a true social native who lives and
breathes online culture. This is your chance to jump into a secret project and help build hype around
newer products including our Buyers Agents offering.

You'll work across both Aussie and Lendi, helping us show up smarter and louder across social.  Two days in our Sydney office, three days remote.

Job Description

  • Day-to-day social posting across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (and other relevant channels)
  • Create and shape content ideas for the secret project (fast turnaround, social-first storytelling, trend-
  • led)
  • Collaborate with creative teams (briefing, feedback, keeping production moving)
  • Basic editing / creation chops (filters, CapCut or similar, quick sharp edits)
  • Monitor performance closely, call out spikes/drops, and help with reporting on whatʼs working

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in social/marketing (agency, in-house, creator/influencer - any is fine if youʼve done the
  • work)
  • Strong understanding of social culture (not just scheduling posts)
  • Comfortable using AI as a daily work tool
  • Organised, proactive, clear communicator
  • A get-it-done, curious mindset - you donʼt wait to be told twice
  • Not camera-shy (on or behind camera)
