Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work, we trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.
What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Developing and briefing content to support marketing strategies, B2B campaigns, and our evergreen workstream.
  • Coordinating with Creative and Production teams to ensure they have all relevant information to execute on social media.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to commission, provide feedback on, and deliver best-in-class content.
  • Utilising social listening insights and data to continuously refine content strategy and approach.
  • Acting as the brand guardian for all consumer social media content across all channels, ensuring we establish a strong global tone of voice.
  • Monitoring social media trends and the competitive landscape to make strategic decisions for Canva's brand.


You're probably a match if

  • You have experience in social media content strategy and execution, ideally with experience in a B2B organisation partnering with global teams.
  • You have worked with complex cross-functional teams and agencies to build integrated campaigns.
  • You have expert knowledge of all social media networks and know how best to leverage them, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • You have a strong understanding of the B2B landscape and can effectively shape and inform a content strategy that resonates with business audiences and drives meaningful engagement.
  • You bring innovative and creative solutions to our social media strategy to establish Canva as a workplace solution for organisations of all sizes.
  • You're a self-starter with tenacity for execution and delivery, with the ability to adapt quickly to market trends and business priorities.


About the team
Entering our second decade, our mission is focused on empowering every organisation to design. For us to achieve this goal, we need creative and visual communications through our Marketing. The Marketing Supergroup at Canva is underpinned by a range of specialty teams. One of these, is our Global Social Media team. This team is responsible for coming up with channel strategies, content creative, influencer marketing and community engagement. Together, this team powers our social brand and community around the world.
