  • Globally, grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY and grew our valuation to >$500M USD, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb. 
  • Grew from 5,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK alone, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

About the role (What you'll be doing)
  1. Own the strategy – Develop and execute content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and align with brand goals
  2. Measure success – Set KPIs, track performance, and show how social impacts brand and digital outcomes
  3. Produce standout content – Film, edit, and repurpose short-form, long-form, and reel-style videos as well as create static posts
  4. Be our voice – Engage with online communities to foster discussions and maintain a positive brand presence
  5. Collaborate widely – Partner with growth, product, SEO, and PR to align content with broader initiatives
About you (Who you are)
  1. Have 3–5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
  2. Know best practices across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  3. Are a visual storyteller with video production, photography, and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
  4. Use analytics tools to track and optimise content performance
  5. Know how to grow communities and work with UGC and influencers
  6. Understand SEO for social content
  7. Can plan strategically, manage calendars, and run campaigns that make an impact
  8. Work cross-functionally and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment
  9. Love creative problem-solving and adapting to new trends
