In the next 3 years, our goal is to support 1 million patients globally - to live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to help drive engagement and strategy across social media channels for Eucalyptus' Men's Health Brand Pilot. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our social content while collaborating with our creative and growth teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing brand at the intersection of healthcare and humor where we're not afraid to take creative risks and spark meaningful conversations about men's health.

• Publish and manage content across Pilot's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social channels
• Develop and execute social media campaigns, from ideation through launch
• Create your own social media content or create briefs for our creative team when you want custom-designed content for campaigns
• Identify and test social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement
• Respond to customer inquiries and build community on social platforms

• 1-3 years’ experience: Ideally with hands-on experience managing Instagram. Familiarity with other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is a bonus.
• Comfortable using tools like Canva or Photoshop: No formal design background needed, but you’re confident creating content from scratch.
• Eager to grow: You ask questions, test new ideas, and look for ways to contribute beyond what’s asked.
• Fast learner: You enjoy figuring things out as you go and thrive in environments where you can stretch yourself, while receiving ample guidance to support your career growth!
• Comfortable working with a bold, playful brand voice: Pilot is committed to changing the conversation on Men’s health, and that means pushing boundaries on topics such as sex-ed, hair loss and weight loss.
