What you’ll do

  • Perform general troubleshooting around our Salesforce applications across multiple Servers. Activities, including unit testing, technical documentation and data loading are common. Works on one or more tickets at a time.

  • Participates in estimation process, use case specifications, reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project planning. Diagnose and resolve performance issues.

  • Helps with capacity planning, reporting and dashboards.

  • Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality. Participate in a tight-knit engineering team employing agile software development practices.

What experience you need

  •  2-3 years working as a Salesforce Admin

  • College Degree in the IT space

  • CPQ Experience

  • Experience reading logs from Oracle CPQ.

  • Have working experience creating users and updating data Tables in CPQ.

  • 2-3 years working with SaaS based tool sets

  • 2-4 years working with Google Suite

What could set you apart

  • Salesforce Admin and or Developer Certifications Strongly Preferred

  • Understanding of Jira & ServiceNow

  • Have worked with Oracle CPQ and Salesforce integrations.

  • Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, MuleSoft CPQ,

  • Source code control management systems (e.g. Github, Jenkins) and build tools like Maven & Gradle

  • Agile environments (e.g. Scrum,)

  • Data Operations tools like Jenkins. (Pipeline management and automation)

  • Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)

  • Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)

  • Automated Testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI

  • Google Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred
