As a Source to Pay Specialist you will be responsible for delivering Source to Pay Helpdesk services for Mars Inc. across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Acting as a central point of contact in Mars Commercial Services for queries related to Source to Pay process.

  • Working to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the existing systems, processes & documentation (within the team as well as across Teams).

  • Providing support to Buyers & requisitioners, other MGS departments and stakeholders.

  • Working efficiently with a wide range of internal and external clients.

  • Supporting Senior Specialists, Team Coordinators & Line Managers in operational scope and projects – when requested.

  • Driving commercial processes and take part in team/cross-team projects within operational area.

  • Serving as Subject Matter Expert in responsibility.

  • Tracking metrics and KPIs as defined in Commercial Service Catalogue.

  • Providing compliance to commercial governance process in the areas of responsibility.

  • Supports delivering business objectives and strategies within assigned scope

  • Being engaged in additional activities such as Health Wellbeing, volunteering initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree; preferred in: Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business and Procurement.

  • 1 + year of working experience in a similar position. procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments.

  • Good knowledge and understanding of core commercial (procurement) competencies.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly.

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers.

  • Fluent English.
