Job Description

Elysia Wellness Retreat are looking for a Spa Receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join the team on a part time basis. 

You have the important job of guiding guests through their visit, from smooth check-ins, to ensuring their comfort throughout their visit, you will be remembered for your superb customer service and positive energy. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and check in spa guests
  • Communicate professionally
  • Make bookings
  • Assist guests during their visit

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a spa or resort highly regarded 
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
  • The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Professional presentation essential
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm , including weekends and public holidays
