Job Description

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Deliver Operations training programs for new hires.
  • Deliver knowledge Refresher Sessions for the Existing Employees.
  • Design full kit effective training programs.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
  • Support and mentor New Employees.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training.
  • Maintain necessary documentation/case files, program data entry, and records and provide
  • periodic progress reports as necessary.

Qualifications

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource
  • 0-2 years experience in career development or training preferably.
  • Excellent knowledge of training topics.
  • Knowledge of training analysis and assessment methodology.
  • Knowledge of learning tools and learning styles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
  • Fluent in English.
