Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Specification Development: Create yearly plans aligned with KPIs, focusing on key companies in the concrete market. Develop specifications for Fibers, Wt200, Recycled concrete, and UCS Pak in consultation with key specifiers.
  • Targeted Presentations and Product Promotion: Deliver professional presentations to consultants, emphasizing the benefits of Sika's concrete products. Maintain a product sample kit and disseminate knowledge about new concrete products and concepts.
  • Technical Support and Solutions: Provide accurate product and technical support for Sika's concrete products. Offer sound technical solutions to designers, showcasing how these products can address project needs.
  • Sales Collaboration and CRM Management: Attend sales meetings, relay specifications and leads to the sales team, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Regularly update contact lists and project information related to the concrete market.
  • KPI Achievement and Cross-Selling: Meet set KPIs related to targeted presentations, specification progress, and potential sales. Actively cross-sell Sika's concrete products, emphasizing their combined benefits for various applications.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to present technical information related to concrete products to specifiers and industry professionals.
  • 3-5 years' experience in the building and construction industry, ideally with concrete product experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the concrete market.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the concrete industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, essential for working with concrete industry stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.
