About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sports, gaming, and brand partnerships? Picklebet is looking for a dynamic Sponsorship & Events Coordinator to join our team. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who loves seeing a plan come together on game day, we want to hear from you.

This is a pivotal role where you will sit at the intersection of logistics and relationship management. You’ll be responsible for bringing our sponsorship agreements to life and executing a high-energy events calendar that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every contracted deliverable is met with precision, while identifying creative ways to unlock additional value from our portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics of Picklebet’s event stream, including our exclusive VIP events, ensuring a seamless experience for every attendee.
  • Devise and execute customer-acquisition-focused activations that make the Picklebet brand stand out in a crowded market.
  • Monitor and report on the success of all integrations and promotional executions, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with our Design, Marketing, Trading, and VIP teams to ensure every event and partnership is aligned with our broader business goals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor moves and industry trends to keep Picklebet at the forefront of the wagering and sports category.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A Tertiary degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar sponsorship, events, or brand partnership role.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and external partners, with the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • An understanding of the wagering category or experience in the commercial side of sports is a plus, but not essential.
  • Flexibility: A willingness to work outside standard hours for game days and club events (evenings and weekends).

This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne. At Picklebet, we are at the cutting edge of the wagering industry. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work has a direct impact on the brand's growth and success.
