Director role in Australia & New Zealand Markets, Business Execution team. Australia & New Zealand Markets is a material Markets franchise with on-the-ground presence across Equities (Cash Equities Execution, Prime Finance and Futures & Derivatives Clearing), G10 Rates Sales & Trading, FX Sales & Trading, Spread Products Financing & Securitization & Sales, Commodities, Investor Solutions and Transitions Management. Many of the Australia Markets business are operated in local broker dealer entity Citigroup Global Markets Australia Pty Ltd (CGMA).

Business Execution team is responsible for:

  • Risk, Controls & Governance, including managing MCA process, internal audits, near-miss and operational loss reporting

  • P&L and CV reporting and reconciliation

  • Act as primary interface to key function partners such as Operations, Technology, Risk and Finance for Australia & New Zealand

  • Expenses, allocations and headcount management and negotiation

  • Management Presentations, Townhalls and internal business reporting

  • Prepare Australian Markets submissions to country franchise governance committees and CGMA board

  • Client management - overseeing client onboarding, client documentation pipeline, working with client onboarding team and relevant legal teams

  • Business development - including managing NACs where required, working with Business Stakeholders, Market Operations, Markets Treasury, Corporate Treasury, PCG, Product Technology in implementing new products

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
