The Role You'll Play

As a Sr. Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in retaining high-risk Mindbody customers. This quota-carrying role combines sales acumen, consultative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to protect revenue and deliver long-term customer success.
  • Engage directly with at-risk customers to understand challenges and prevent cancellations.
  • Lead consultative calls that address pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams across CX, Onboarding, Sales, and Implementation to align on retention strategy.
  • Drive retention outcomes using data, customer insights, and strong project management.
  • Follow internal processes and playbooks while exceeding retention targets.

Experience You Bring
  • 1–3 years in a SaaS sales, upgrade, or retention role with a proven track record.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, able to handle objections and win trust.
  • Data-driven mindset with forecasting and analysis experience.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the health and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
