Senior Director, Client Services APAC Region

 

The Senior Director, Client Services responsible for Dynata’s APAC Client Services and Professional Services delivery. The Senior Director will be responsible for executing a strategy that delivers operational innovation, business process improvement, profitability, efficiencies, and customer success. You will ensure sales and operations alignment and identify opportunities for long-term operational excellence. 

 

 

Operations and Technology

  • Develop and execute a multi-country operational strategy for APAC, inclusive of all strategic issues affecting the business and allocating resources within Dynata’ s Operations org.

  • Champion innovation and manage organizational transitions within the business.

  • Evaluate key business and organizational challenges and develop innovative solutions. 

  • Oversee APAC Operations teams and act as the escalation point for delivery for both Professional and Client Services Organizations

  • Negotiate complex business issues with internal stakeholders, customers and delivery teams. to accomplish business objectives. 

  • Develop supportive working relationships in a matrixed organization, particularly with colleagues managing delivery resources that support APAC Operations out of the Philippines and India.

  • Contribute to global operational initiatives as required. 

 

Leadership Responsibilities 

  • Lead a team of between 40-50 client services and professional services in the APAC region.

  • Build a high-performance culture where employees make decisions with a view to the sustainable health of the business.

  • Allocate people and physical resources and budgets to align with prioritized objectives that support short and long-term goals and monitor progress to ensure accountability.

  • Continuously assess talent and workforce to ensure sustainable delivery of our programs and services.

  • Build contingency plans and risk mitigation for vulnerabilities.

  • Foster employee growth, development and is accountable for retention and engagement.

Education, Experience and Job Competency Requirements:  

  • 5+ years’ experience managing operation teams in the APAC region.  Proven experience developing effective business strategies and operationalizing them.

  • Demonstrated results driving business transformation and delivering service demands to support revenue growth. 

  • Significant analytical skills to make data informed decisions with demonstrable positive outcomes. 

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships with peers to ensure alignment and execution of strategy. 

  • Track record of success building and motivating teams and driving performance excellence. 

  • Strong understanding of technology and other innovative approaches to achieve productivity. 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and lead others. 

  • Show personal accountability and the accountability of others to drive results. 

  • Instills trust by managing through ambiguity to provide vision, purpose, clarity and direction to others. 

  • Demonstrated conviction to make decisions that effectively balance the interests of the organization, its members, and employees. 

  • Experience managing large budgets employing fiscal responsibility. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 

 

Travel: Periodic travel will be required to various offices and offshore locations.
