We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Public Sector (PubSec) business across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for driving growth across federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as education and research sectors. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, ANZ, you will define the go-to-market strategy, coach a high-performing team, and build long-term partnerships that accelerate data-driven transformation in the public sector.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Develop and execute the ANZ public sector growth strategy, aligning with global priorities and local government agendas.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of experienced Account Executives and Solution Strategists dedicated to the public sector mission.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior government officials, policy makers, and IT decision-makers to influence long-term outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with partner ecosystems, system integrators, and cloud providers to develop co-sell motions and joint initiatives.
  • Champion compliance, security, and data sovereignty standards critical to government success.
  • Drive forecast accuracy, resource planning, and sustainable growth through disciplined execution and performance management.
  • Foster a culture that reflects our core values: customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and accountability.

What We Look For:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or public sector sales leadership, with a record of driving double-digit growth.
  • Proven experience leading teams serving government or public sector clients within Cloud, SaaS, or Data Analytics industries.
  • Deep understanding of the ANZ public sector ecosystem, procurement frameworks, and ICT policy drivers.
  • Demonstrated success in building new markets, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering business outcomes.
  • Experience implementing value-based selling frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
  • Strong background in partnerships with major cloud service providers, technology vendors, and system integrators.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and influencing skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
