- Review modification requests within PMO & ensure the requests are unique, efficient and do not create additional work for the sales & customer service teams
- Create current and future state process maps
- Translate business requirements to technical team and ensure business requirements are met within the technical specification
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions/provide recommendations based on the same
- Lead and mentor team of developers
- Ability to evaluate tools and create recommendations based on holistic needs and functions
- Understand complex business processes and recommend improvements available through technical solutions
