ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Network Squad, owning the core infrastructure for Service Provider data and payment functionality. This is a critical role that ensures the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of every piece of provider information. You will lead the migration of this data from a legacy system to a new platform and oversee the financial services aspects, including our Virtual Credit Card (VCC) payment system. This role demands a high-stakes focus on data fidelity, system reliability, security, and integration management. Your success directly impacts Agero's dispatching processes, provider payment accuracy, and relationship with our provider network.
OUTCOMES:

  • Migrate all critical provider information from the legacy system to the new platform, establishing it as the authoritative single source of truth with rigorous data quality and governance standards.
  • Drive the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of all provider payments by actively managing the 3rd-party integration and optimizing internal reconciliation processes.
  • Deliver a suite of highly efficient internal tools that reduce manual effort for internal teams, control costs, and improve data accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and own the roadmap for Network Squad, overseeing Provider information management, dispatching & payment processes
  • Lead multi-phase data and system migration, working with operations and engineering to map data structures, define transformation logic, and manage the cutover with a focus on data fidelity and minimal operational disruption.
  • Manage and optimize the integration with our 3rd-party payment partner
  • Deeply understand and map the operational processes of our Operations teams to design and build intuitive tools and processes
  • Translate complex regulatory and compliance needs into clear, actionable product requirements that enforce necessary checks and balances within the provider management lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations to define and monitor KPIs related to data quality, payment success rate, and operational efficiency metrics.
  • Communicate product updates, performance, and key learnings regularly to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on back-end data systems, platform migrations, and complex integrations.
  • Proven track record leading major system migrations and establishing a new, trusted "single source of truth" for critical business data.
  • Operational experience in building internal tools and processes that improve the efficiency and accuracy of core operations teams.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience defining, managing, and documenting API specifications and platform architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of detailing technical requirements for engineering while summarizing risks and benefits for executive review.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees.

National Pay Range
$125,000$165,000 USD
