Xylem Vue is Xylem’s digital platform for the water industry, delivering data-driven applications that help utilities improve visibility, efficiency, resilience, and decision-making across the full water cycle. The Business Development Manager ANZ role leads the go-to-market strategy for Xylem Vue across priority accounts, building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and working closely with executive leadership, Key Account Managers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market sales strategy for Xylem Vue across priority accounts and market segments
- Identify and prioritize top client organizations and develop integrated account plans to grow the Xylem Vue portfolio of digital solutions
- Drive client engagements, solution positioning, and proposal development for digital opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategic pursuits and deliver client-focused solutions
- Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities within the water sector
- Develop compelling value propositions using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM/Salesforce systems
About You
- Proven experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development within digital solutions, technology, infrastructure, utilities, or water industries
- Knowledge of the water sector, municipal utilities, or digital transformation solutions is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning and customer value creation
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and market trends
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
