Role Purpose
Lead civil, structural, and architectural design and construction for semiconductor buildings and supporting structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site civil works, foundations, structural steel, seismic design, architectural finishes, and building envelopes.
- Ensure compliance with Japan Building Standards Act, seismic codes, fire codes, and permitting processes.
- Review structural calculations, construction sequencing, and QC documentation.
- Coordinate interfaces with utilities, process systems, and tool installation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
- 8+ years in CSA engineering in Japan.
- Expertise in seismic design and large industrial facility structural requirements.
- Japanese language required, English beneficial.
Requirement: Must have construction experience in Japan.
