As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment acquiring infrastructure; designing strategy, defining solutions, and driving delivery from concept to launch.
You'll join our Payments Product team, focused on building and optimising the global check-out experience that powers how merchants collect payments across card networks, digital wallets, and local payment methods. As we scale transaction volume worldwide, this front-end infrastructure needs to be high-converting, friction-free, and localized for every buyer.

You'll join our Payments Product team, focused on building and optimising the global check-out experience that powers how merchants collect payments across card networks, digital wallets, and local payment methods. As we scale transaction volume worldwide, this front-end infrastructure needs to be high-converting, friction-free, and localized for every buyer.
In this role, you'll lead key initiatives end to end, including:
- Owning the end-to-end checkout integrations provided to merchants, from modular SDKs, hosted payment pages and APIs, providing ultimate flexibility between low integration effort and full customizability for a great developer experience
- Optimizing the buyer experience on hosted payment pages, reducing friction at the most critical point of the funnel and optimizing conversion rates
- Embedding AI into the checkout journey - powering predictive payment method selection, automated fraud-friction balancing, and real-time checkout insights for merchants.
- Developing new capabilities that bring additional flexibility to merchants to adopt checkout to their needs, from automatic currency conversion to dynamic surcharging and sales tax calculation
You'll work closely with product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to bring these capabilities to life, and help shape the infrastructure behind one of the most dynamic fintech platforms in the world.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or merchant-facing platform products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong academic performance; technical or engineering coursework a plus.
- Technical fluency and the ability to engage confidently in architectural discussions around SDKs, APIs, and high-performance frontend systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy across technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical rigor: a sharp eye for detail, structured problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
- Bias for action: grit, persistence, and ownership to turn complex ideas into real-world products quickly.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
