Responsibilities:
- Ensure critical documents and data are ready on time for new or modified products.
- Provide prompt technical support for customer opportunities or issues raised by FAE, Sales, or MCBU teams.
- Lead technical training sessions, quarterly technical reviews (QTR), and industry Q&A.
- Support failure analysis as DRAM spec lead in collaboration with internal teams.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and technical leadership across all activities.
- Provide competitive spec feedback to internal teams based on data from Joint Validation, TSA, and customer qualifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for technical topics; Japanese language skills preferred.
- Technical expertise in sales presentations, product demos and installation of DRAM products, including performance benchmarking, system compatibility validation, and showcasing advanced features
- Ability to assess customer needs and prepare detailed product specifications for DRAM applications.
- Interest in handset technologies, software development and AI tools.
- Ability to ensure DRAM functions as specified by verifying system-level integration, resolving issues with internal teams, and maintaining technical documentation for customer use
- Willingness to provide pre- and post-sales technical support
- Some traveling may be required
