As part of the Commercial Lending Squad, within the Banker Assisted Lending Crew, you will be involved in key strategic initiatives that transform the Commercial Lending user experience, drive continuous improvement and risk buy-down. You will work closely with the Product Owner and squad to deliver Commercial lending functionality and experience via minor enhancements as well as significant strategic transformation and change delivery.

We’re interested in hearing from people who

  • Have solid hands-on experience in DevSecOps and adaptive towards full cycle engineering

  • Have solid hands-on experience in designing and developing Pega and workflow applications

  • Are knowledgeable of core business and technical strategies to deliver best business outcomes

  • Are confident consulting across projects and delivery teams and contribute to delivery planning with expert advice

  • Pride themselves in designing, documenting and presenting formal solution designs

  • Are confident driving the development of strategic programs of work, including proof of concept developments

  • Solid hands-on experience in workflow tools like Appian, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),

  • Are confident taking responsibility for nominated technical assets related to areas of expertise including roadmaps and technical direction

Tech Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We do not expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;

  • Pega CLSA Certification – Must Have.

  • Designing and developing Pega and workflow applications

  • Workflow tools like Appian, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate),

  • Excellent knowledge of integrations patterns, design and implementation

  • Various hosting patterns like Pega SaaS, AWS, Azure.

  • Cloud domain knowledge – including AWS Certification / Azure Certification

  • Agile & Scrum

  • SQL and working with other larger volume in data

  • Knowledge of Standard industry tools for CI/CD pipeline

  • Debugging and tuning performance issues
