Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the delivery of Turnover, Customer Profitability, Market Winning Share and TTS budgets for their customer’s and categories.

  • Own the promotional budget end-to end and the short-term volume and spend forecast aligned to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for their customers and categories.

  • Leads execution of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) delivering profitable and sustainable retailer, business and market growth for all customers.

  • Delivers range reviews working in collaboration with the grocery team.

  • Leads the NSW grocery execution team in the execution of the grocery strategy in- store delivering key targets in relation to EDDGIE / Perfect Store as well as Turnover in Independents, across all categories.

  • Coach and develop Territory Business Manager in the execution of their roles.

  • Embed a culture of Safety across the NSW team with focus on facilities, OH&S and security.

What you will need to succeed?

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FMCG experience.

  • Full driver’s license.

Skills

  • Collaborates with CSP team to enable and support the right category growth management approach to ensure the triple-win (customer, shopper, Unilever).

  • Demonstrated commercial strategy through understanding the trade investment strategy and how to utilize to maximise sustainable growth.

  • Deeply understands their customers and uses that knowledge to build strong customer relationships that synchronise retailer and Unilever activities to maximise growth potential.

  • Is data literate, able to analyse data to make better decisions and identify new trends that impact the customer, category and Unilever.

  • Understands how to execute with excellence with the customer, deploying activities in-store using the grocery execution team.

  • Proficient in negotiating complex agreements and resolving conflicts among multiple stakeholders (internally and externally).

  • Knows how to use the right questions to understand the customer’s challenges and needs, building compelling propositions that meet them.

  • You are an inclusive motivator of people. Your team deliver with real passion, growing and learning from each other whilst delivering quick wins.

  • You are still responsible for your own results and as a manager, you also need to motivate others to deliver with passion, creating an inclusive and engaging climate around you.
