Our new State Sales Assistant will provide seamless support to the Regional Sales Manager and greater Off-Premise team. Additional to support the Off Premise team the SSA will play a 360-support role servicing all departments within the NSW office. The SSA should ensure the State office environment is productive and efficient. The role is required to collate and analyse data, analyse claims, produce reports and generate and follow up sales leads (through telesales) and opportunities working closely with the Off-Premise sales team.

Job Description

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the state warehouse with POS & stock incoming and outgoing
  • Support the reception team of the Sydney office in relation to the management of customer services, stationery and business card ordering, cleaning, document storage, and numerous other ad hoc tasks
  • Provide seamless administrative support including sales claims to the Regional Sales Manager, and ad hoc support to others as required
  • Manage the State Field Sales Fleet enquiries
  • Manage the administration budget in relation to office services and submit invoices for payment via online system
  • OHS rep for state team, ensuring any in field issues are raised or communicated to the field
  • Co-ordination and management of state calendar, inclusive of planning meetings, SLT meetings, etc

SALES SUPPORT

  • Gather and collate data from customers for internal weekly stock on hand reporting.
  • Assist broader State Leadership Team RSM, ROPM, FMM with induction of new starters to the business
  • Telesales - Conduct weekly telephone sales calls (approx. 4 hours per week) to assist with local and regional opportunities and tactical blitzes
  • Collate BI Data and produce reports to help field efficiencies on regional/ tactical drives.
  • Support where required on arranging total field sales team logistics of travel & accommodation requirements for regional or interstate travel
  • Time in trade in the field to support the state when required (major CAPS, executional executions, compliance executions and merchandising of stores). Ad hoc patch coverage if required to support the field team
  • Gather & support the Field Marketing Sales Support function with planning and data analysis to support the SALT team with One Premise Sales Support shifts within the state

REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT SUPPORT

  • Assist RSM to coordinate meetings, including minute taking and follow up documentation
  • Analyse customer claims and ensure claimed invoices are in line with Red Bull terms prior to RSM approval
  • Data Mining; use multiple data sources to produce weekly reports to support leaders
  • Support function for planning meeting preparation, coordinate recruitment and organisation of the day to reports/ presentation building etc

PROJECT/EVENT MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT

  • Provide support where required for state events, such as end of year celebrations, management training conferences, etc
  • Co-ordinate state based meetings/conferences to ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with the RSM to fulfil their vision for events such as end of year celebrations, management training conferences, and other events as required
  • Local moment support & execution as agreed with RSM/ROPM/FMM
  • Dedicated total state market day/editions day lead
  • Ensure events run to budget and outcomes are measured and analysed

KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES

  • Achievement of required monthly telesales calls or time in field supporting the Off Premise function
  • Due diligence in claim processing in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customers are paid on time
  • Ability to successfully manage the overall administration & organisation of the State Office
  • Maintain a well delivered portfolio of office services to all staff.
  • Ensure all event and conferences run smoothly and within budget
  • Ensure special projects are achieved to set standards
  • Use of initiative to support all NLT members on SSA inclusive tasks

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ years administration experience, working with cross-functional conflicting priorities
  • Telesales & merchandising experience preferred, not essential
  • FMCG experience preferred, but not essential
