We are seeking a Stock Administration Analyst to join our global Stock Administration team. This role will be instrumental in managing Cloudflare's equity programs, supporting employees with their equity compensation, and partnering cross-functionally to streamline and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute day-to-day operations related to Cloudflare's global equity compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead and support special projects related to equity administration, including system improvements, process automation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Administer and maintain equity-related systems and tools (e.g., E*TRADE Equity Edge Online), including data imports/exports, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Perform data analysis using internal equity data to generate insights, support reporting, and recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR, and external vendors (e.g., brokers, transfer agents) to support program execution and resolve issues.
- Assist employees in understanding and maximising their equity compensation through education, communications, and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field-or equivalent practical experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equity compensation administration for a U.S.-listed public company.
- Hands-on experience with equity platforms such as E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO).
- Strong working knowledge of global equity compensation practices, taxation, and compliance.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets and draw insights.
- Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects and improving operational processes.
- Effective communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
